Food is great! Sometimes the employees are ignorant..

We had a very large group in their dining room.. I was so impressed by how they handled, not only our group, but the rest of the dining room. The food was good and plentiful. The service was so kind and helpful. So happy we made the choice to have our gathering here!

Used to be great but the last couple times I've ordered, not so great.

Their food is always delicious, but there's one woman who always messes up whenever she takes an order. We had an order with 4 people. One person paid for their order over the phone with a card, and the other 3 paid cash. The woman who took our order said she charged the card $7 for the card order. About 10 minutes after placing our order, she called back to ask if we wanted sauce on one of the pizzas we ordered. We said yes. The delivery person gets here, and the woman who took our order charged the card $21, and the pizza she specifically called to ask about did not have sauce. This is the second time this month she's charged the wrong amount on a credit card. While the food is great, this woman is incapable of taking orders properly.

The portions are huge! The food was also amazing. Was not expecting this.

I have never dined in but delivery service is spectacular. Drivers are very friendly and food is always delivered very fast! Best pasta dishes on the Mountain!

The stuffed pizza was awesome and they were very friendly. Definitely will be going back.

Me and my coworkers ordered from here today. Not happy, small happy meal size burger for 6.50 each. Would of been better to run up the road to Wendy's for us

Absolutely a must have for any trucker at the blue ridge travel plaza. As a trucker, I’ve eaten a lot of Italian delivery. This is by far the best I have seen yet. Portions truly are large. The cheesesteak I got was called the supreme. It was out of this world. It got here very fast at 9 on a Friday night. The food was still so hot I could barely eat it. Incredible. Sauce on steak was perfect amount, a lot of meat and just the right amount of cheese. The loaded fries I got are done very well from the amount and distribution of the cheese to the bacon. The delivery girl was very friendly and called right when she got here.

Place was cold. Seems like their cutting back on heating bills. In, turn it made the food cold real quick unless you eat it like your going to the electric chair.

Big portions, good food, good prices. We'll be back

The employees are very friendly, the service is prompt and the food is delicious! The gluten free pizza is amazing, and it comes with a pizza cutter so you dont need to worry about cross contamination!

La Napoli has become a new family quarantine favorite. The pizza sub is dangerously good.

Great little Italian joint. Food is excellent and service is timely. Everyone in there is very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Food was delicious!! Customer service was excellent. Was extremely large portions. Between me and my husbands two meals, salad and an appetizer the whole table was full. The doughnuts are very tasty. Not from the area but if we're ever back in town we'll stop in again!

We have gone here several times for pasta and such and have never had a bad meal. Today we tried the new sweet sauce pizza...wow! Awesome and super flavorful! Probably one of the best pizza's we've ever had. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely the best pizza restaurant in Mountaintop.

Tried it for the first time this week. OMG everything we ordered (Cheesesteak Pizza, garlic knots, texas fries and buffalo wings) was amazing. Definitely going back again.

The most inconsistent place on the mountain unfortunately. If you order on Friday or Saturday, the food is usually good. If you order on a Sunday, god bless you because nobody knows what you'll actually get. On Saturdays, a chicken Caesar wrap is good and tastes great. If you order on a Sunday, they for some unknown reason put it in a panini press and give you chicken dryer than the desert. Likely won't order anything other than extremely basic, unfuckupable food again

Large menu selection. Large portions. Fast service. Would definitely return.

Best Italian I found around White Haven area

Very good one of my favorite pizza place their Grandma's Pizza is one of the best I've ever had!

Great pizza fast delivery food unbearable

The food is really good. The pizza is honestly the best on the mountain I would say. I have had only one bad experience, but that was last year where my delivery took almost two hours to get here, but besides that great place to eat.

We ordered a huge order on a Saturday night for the end of Ramadan last month. We put in the order approximately three hours ahead and we told them we would be picking it up at 8pm. Everything worked out and the food was great. This past Tuesday we ordered from here and the food was very lackluster. I ordered a cheesesteak and it came with no sauce and the meat was very plain. The kids were also less than impressed with their orders. This recent experience is why I put three stars. I’ll make sure to only order from here on the weekends from here on out. Saying that yes I would eat here again, just not during the week.

Pizza was good

I liked it. But I ordered bone in chicken wings and they didn't have any, that is why it is only 4 stars. But everything else was great. We had pizza, stuffed eggplant with all the sides. The wait staff was polite and attentive.

The food is yummy and the staff are so friendly. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in and the waitress is always checkin in to see if we okay or need anything. The prices are reasonable.

Love the place. Food is always good. Meals are excellent, solid pizza. Order out from here all the time. They do deliver although we don't use that service often. Also have small in house dining area. Convienent location. Definitely a go to place for us on the Mountain.

Great little spot for a quick lunch! They have good pizza and soup and always seem to have good specials. The garden salad is delicious!
